Message technical skills and money, you may be able to source hardware and do it. You will need power supplies, regulators, logic circuits, Porbably some serious PWM capability to control the power and of course the motor and batteries. I picture a build like this being a never ending cycle of exploding components. This is the brainchild of VERY skilled electrical engineers.

While getting tires mounted for Zcon, I had this doozy of a conversation with the mechanic...

Tireguy: [looking at emblem] Is this a Twin Turbo?
Me: Well, yea.
Tireguy: Awesome! How much boost do you run?
Me: 14-15 ish.
Tireguy: Cool. On both?
